Aurora operated 150 stores, a Shopify Plus e-commerce site, and a wholesale channel — each with its own inventory, customer database, and reporting. A customer who bought in-store was invisible online. Returns from e-commerce couldn't be processed in stores. Inventory accuracy was 73%, leading to constant stockouts and overstock.
