Intuidy Workflows, explained — build a weekly AI digest from a blank canvas

A workflow is a set of steps. Intuidy runs them for you. Get data, transform it, ask AI about it, then act on it — on a schedule, from a webhook, from a form, or from your own app.

In this walkthrough we build one from scratch: every Monday at 8:00 AM, Intuidy reads the week's support tickets, writes an insights summary, emails it to the support leads and refreshes a tile on the Support health dashboard. Then we run it, open the result, and check the record.

What you'll see:

• The Workflows index: status, trigger, last run, runs and tokens for everything your company runs
• A Schedule Trigger set to weekly, Monday, 8:00 AM — Intuidy writes the cron
• A Database Query in SQL over the last 7 days of tickets
• AI Summary: Overview vs Insights, the editable prompt, and the upstream columns it can see
• The Output stage of the library: Send Email and Dashboard Output, connected to the summary
• Run Preview: each node executing in turn, and the output preview of what left the workflow
• The digest in the team inbox — numbers, what changed, recommendations
• The same run refreshing the dashboard tile
• Run History: rows in, rows out, status and time per node, who ran it and when
• Switching the workflow to Active
