In this walkthrough we create a managed database in Intuidy, deploy an agent that copies every work order, customer, and invoice out of a field service tool through its API, and keep the copy in sync with an hourly workflow. Then we use the data inside Intuidy and outside it.
What you'll see:
• Integrations → Your Databases → Create Database, with backups on by default
• The database page: connection details, storage, cost, and outside access over TLS
• AI Agents → Deploy Agent: name the agent and say what it does
• Data Resources: give the agent read-only access to the vendor, with a rule it must follow
• Agent Office: attach the vendor and the database with / commands, then ask for the history since 2019, keep the vendor's IDs, and stay under its rate limit
• The Execution Trace as the agent pages through the API and loads 48,210 rows
• A workflow that runs every hour: Schedule Trigger → HTTP Request → DB Write (upsert on the vendor ID)
• Asking the agent about your data, with your data rules still masking customer contact details
• A read-only credential so your BI tool and scripts connect directly
• Backups on a schedule, a manual snapshot, and a restore into a new database
